  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and including all original packaging (e.g., dust bags, belts).
  • Non-returnable items: Earrings (unless faulty), swimwear without hygiene stickers, and final sale items.

2. How to Return

  1. Register your return via the returns portal at selfdresses.com by entering your order number and email.
  2. US customers: Use the provided UPS label ($10 fee deducted from refund)2.
